Original Branding

The previous logo for this brand was unbalanced and lacked fine tuning. While the icon is universally loved by the owners of the company, the typeface left a lot to be desired and needed to change.

I wanted to convey SMR's industry know-how and local expertise, drawing inspiration from the concept of a trail guidebook. This involves crafting patterns and decorative details inspired by the elements of the area, presenting information using charts and tables, and even integrating photos and handwritten notes into the compositions. The goal was to immerse the viewer in the experience, making them feel like they’re gaining exclusive insights into the area.

Final Logos

The current brand logo maintains the former icon, but implements a strong sans serif typeface that implies boldness and dependability, but can also be used as an anchor in more playful designs and concepts.
